3el's provide balikbayan boxes from our partner company Transfex. Monthly drop-off at our shop is every 2nd Friday of the month. Local pick-ups are available by arrangement and subject to a collection fee, please contact us for more details.
Please don't forget to fill in the Declaration Form and provide a copy of senders Passport (detail page). You will need to provide copies of receipts for high value items, e.g. TV, electronic devices, computers, tools and washing machines. These requirements ensure that the goods are released as quickly as possible upon arrival in the Philippines.
Approximate shipping time to destination is 8 weeks although this may vary due to customs delays and global shipping issues.
A $10 deposit is required on all boxes purchased from our store. This deposit will be credited at time of drop off. Please ensure that your box is dropped off at the shop no later than the cut-off date to ensure that the box is shipped on-time.
